These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and IvyMicLabs Ltd ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the FailForGood mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App, and at least 18 years old to take part in challenges with a money stake. By using it, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
You sign in through a third-party authentication provider (including Sign in with Apple or Google). You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your login secure. Notify us at support@ivymiclabs.com if you suspect unauthorised use.
FailForGood lets you create goal-based challenges with friends, submit proof of completion, judge submissions, and chat. Some challenges may include an optional money stake: a sum you pledge against your own goal, which you pay only if you fail (see section 4). Challenges without a stake are free.

Our full Refund Policy explains when charges can be refunded. In short: you are only charged after failing a challenge and confirming payment yourself; erroneous charges reported within 14 days are refunded to your original payment method; once funds have been passed to a charity they are generally non-refundable. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
You keep ownership of the content you create or upload (including photos, videos, and messages). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate and provide the App to you and the people you share challenges with. You are responsible for the content you upload and confirm you have the right to share it.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to post, upload, or share content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable, and not to harass, abuse, impersonate, or harm other users.
The App provides tools to report objectionable content or users and to block abusive users. We review reports and act on violations — including removing content and terminating accounts — normally within 24 hours of a report. Content found to breach these Terms may be hidden or removed, and offending accounts may be suspended or deleted.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the App. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the App in a way that harms other users or us. Deleting your account does not cancel stakes you already owe for challenges you failed.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IvyMicLabs Ltd will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
