This Privacy Policy explains how IvyMicLabs Ltd ("FailForGood", "we", "us", or "our") handles your information when you use the FailForGood mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to this policy.
Questions? Contact us at support@ivymiclabs.com.
We do not use advertising or third-party tracking, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
We do not sell your personal information. We use trusted service providers who process data on our behalf, only to run the App, including an authentication provider, a payment processor (Stripe, for staked challenges), a cloud hosting and storage provider (for uploaded media), a crash-diagnostics provider, and a push-notification provider. These providers may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.
FailForGood has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive behaviour. You can report content or users and block other users from within the App. Reported content may be hidden pending review and removed if it breaches our Terms of Service.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account in the App. When you do, we anonymise your account, delete your uploaded media, and remove your login identity. Some anonymised records may remain where needed to keep shared challenges intact or where required by law, and payment records are retained as long as required for tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes.
Depending on where you live (for example under UK/EU GDPR or the California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, email support@ivymiclabs.com. You can turn off push notifications at any time in your device settings.
The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We protect your data using measures such as encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections and access-controlled storage. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and change the "Last updated" date above.
